Participants visited established guesthouses to learn from experienced hosts about maintaining high service standards, adapting to tourism trends, and ensuring long-term business growth.

Key lessons included strategies for offering vegetarian meals using local ingredients, managing large groups through clear communication and structured activities, and building strong partnerships with tour agencies to attract consistent visitors.

The impact of this study tour was significant, as it provided hands-on learning, networking opportunities, and practical insights that empowered participants to enhance their guesthouse operations.

Many attendees reported increased confidence in implementing new business strategies, improving service quality, and expanding their market reach, ultimately contributing to the growth and sustainability of women-led tourism enterprises in Kyrgyzstan.
