The training covered content creation techniques, step-by-step guidance on setting up profiles on platforms such as Canva, Instagram, and Facebook, and best practices for direct engagement with potential guests.
As a result, several guesthouses successfully registered on platforms, while others improved their social media strategies, leading to increased inquiries and engagement.
This initiative empowered women entrepreneurs by reducing reliance on third-party tour operators, strengthening their ability to manage and grow their businesses independently.
The training was important for participants, fostering economic opportunities and greater visibility for community-led tourism in Kyrgyzstan.
